NMC is a global company, leader in the production of synthetic foams.
In June 2013, we organized the transfer of an extrusion line at NMC in Eynatten.
This rise in line to be one of their subsidiary in Brazil.
Preparation of loading
The first stage of the project was to define the type and number of shipping containers necessary to ship the line.
Accurate records of equipment allowed to propose an optimal solution (cash formats, type of container, handling equipment, ...).
We also analyzed the various means of sea and land transport to transfer "key" to the Brazilian factory.
This option was ultimately supported directly by the end customer in Brazil.
Crating
We then coordinated the crating site (custom) and the logistics to store it until the day of loading.
Loading of containers
We coordinated the construction site between handlers, NMC operators, carrier and embaleurs.
The three containers were loaded in 3 half days with precision and without any problems.
